Where are you thinking?
Keep it approximate. This is about the shape of the project, not making you pretend you already have a detailed construction budget.
What level are you aiming for?
These are not labels of taste. They describe how far you want to go with materials, detailing, custom-made elements and the overall finish.
How much house?
Use the main above-ground built area as your anchor. Bedrooms and bathrooms simply help us understand how the house is likely to be laid out.
How finished will the lower level be?
Most lower levels are a mix. We only need to understand how much stays as garage, storage and house systems, and how much becomes properly finished living or leisure space.
Optional. This does not change the estimate; it simply helps the result sound more like your house.
How finished should the outside feel?
Pool, planting, irrigation, lighting, paved areas, walls, gates and the entrance all sit between “the house is built” and “the house feels done”.
